§ 01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zs999d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the zs999d platform at https://zs999d.net, including its affiliated entities, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the zs999d website, mobile interface, applications, and all services provided therein, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and arcade products.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing a zs999d account.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances in PKR held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and legitimately won amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an Account that are subject to separate wagering conditions before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawal processing.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or arcade product via the Platform.

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a zs999d Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and zs999d. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

§ 03 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register a zs999d Account, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated Funds frozen pending investigation.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, company, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service.
• You will maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by one individual (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed and all Funds therein may be forfeited.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any material misrepresentation entitles zs999d to close your Account immediately.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of zs999d or any of its technology or payment partners.

zs999d reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

§ 04 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its compliance obligations under applicable international gaming and anti-money laundering standards, zs999d requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at Account registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle at zs999d's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes one or more of the following, as requested by zs999d:

• Valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid passport — biographical data page
• Recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of address — acceptable utilities include WAPDA, SSGC, SNGPL, or PTCL
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered under your name, or bank statement for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other registered banks

Submission of falsified or manipulated KYC documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

§ 05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs999d Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must notify zs999d support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account.
• zs999d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including Bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been made by you unless you have reported a security compromise in advance.

zs999d employs 256-bit TLS encryption, rate-limited login attempts, and optional OTP two-factor authentication via JazzCash or EasyPaisa to assist in protecting your Account. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

§ 06 Deposits

All deposits on the zs999d Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name are prohibited. Third-party deposits will be refunded and may trigger an Account review.
• zs999d does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, HBL) may apply their own service charges independent of zs999d.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not co-mingled with zs999d's operational funds.
• zs999d reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the payment source if the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, is related to a chargeback dispute, or violates these Terms.

§ 07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals without exception.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply by payment method and VIP tier — consult the Account settings or contact support for your specific limit.
• Withdrawals requested before any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to verified accounts typically complete within 3 minutes. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• zs999d reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times.

§ 08 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available on the zs999d Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have accepted them during the qualifying window and satisfy all eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms.
• Standard wagering requirements apply to all deposit match bonuses and free spins. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds in the qualifying game categories before Bonus Funds become withdrawable.
• Bonus Funds cannot be used to place bets on excluded game types unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• zs999d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or circumvention of promotional restrictions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Account unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Referral bonuses will only be credited once the referred Player has completed KYC and met the minimum qualifying deposit or wagering threshold.

§ 09 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports Bets placed on the zs999d Platform, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other available markets:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. zs999d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Bets under any circumstances except where a Bet is void under the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In-play Bets are accepted subject to network latency and real-time market availability. zs999d bears no liability for Bets that were not registered on the Platform's systems before the qualifying event concluded.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — including due to technical errors, data feed failures, or pricing mistakes — may be voided at zs999d's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where a Bet is voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of Bet placement. These limits may be adjusted by zs999d at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to the Account balance within the timeframe stated for the relevant sport or event, typically within a few minutes of event settlement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be the determining reference.

§ 10 Casino & Game Rules

All casino and arcade games on the zs999d Platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, Dino Hunter, and Fishing Kui Li — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each product:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino table results are determined by the physical outcome of the relevant game (e.g. card deals, roulette wheel spin) and are final once the round is closed by the dealer.
• Malfunctions — whether technical, connectivity, or software-related — void all affected Bets. Stakes for voided rounds will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term averages across a large number of game rounds and are not guarantees of returns on any individual session.
• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection during live game sessions. zs999d accepts no liability for disconnection-related losses in live dealer environments.

§ 11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs999d Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Collusion or coordination with other Players to fix outcomes, exploit odds, or guarantee returns regardless of event outcome
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of any criminal activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage including registration, KYC, and support communications
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds beyond what a reasonable player would identify as a standard market offer
• Charging back deposits after using the associated funds to place Bets
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, whether a minor or an adult
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

zs999d is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period, enforced at the Platform level.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of elapsed time during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspensions of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Accounts under a cooling-off period cannot be used to place Bets or access casino games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion removes access to the Platform for the full exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be lifted by the Player. Exclusion periods start from 6 months and extend to indefinite exclusion.

zs999d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If you suspect a minor is accessing your Account or the Platform, contact support immediately. zs999d will cooperate with any reasonable request from a parent or guardian to block access to the Platform by a specific individual.

§ 13 Intellectual Property

All content on the zs999d Platform — including but not limited to the zs999d brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game content, promotional materials, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of zs999d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zs999d.

§ 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs999d and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or network interruptions on your end
• Losses arising from delays in withdrawal processing beyond standard published timeframes caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill
• Unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security precautions were not observed

zs999d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits zs999d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

zs999d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — zs999d will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the Platform or by communication to registered Players' contact details on record.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory bodies) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the currently operative version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

§ 16 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. The following rules apply to Account closure:

• Voluntary closure by Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting zs999d support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised. Any Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Closure by zs999d: zs999d may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice where you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
• Return of Funds: Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e. no active investigations, no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, and all Bets settled), any remaining real-money Funds will be returned to the Player via the last-used payment method following completion of final KYC checks.

§ 17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of zs999d's operating entity. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the following process shall apply:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the zs999d support team in writing via the Platform's support channel. zs999d will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with zs999d's response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance review, which will be completed within a further 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through internal escalation are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party bears its own legal costs.

No class action or collective proceedings may be brought against zs999d. Each dispute must be brought on an individual Account basis.
